PREPARATIONS FOR THE EVENT

  • FULLY VACCINATED
    All attendees are required to be fully vaccinated at least 14 days before attending the ceremony.
  • COVID-19 SELF-TEST WITHIN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT
    Attendees are required to conduct a self-test for Covid-19 within 48 hours prior to the event and declare the results in the declaration form.

AT THE ENTRANCE

  • UPDATE YOUR PROFILE
    Ensure that your MySejahtera profile is up to date, as only low risk attendees may enter.
  • SHOW SELF TEST KIT RESULT
    You are required to present your self test kit result in picture, only attendees with negative result may enter.
  • SCAN BODY TEMPERATURE
    You are required to scan your body temperature.
  • SCAN MYSEJAHTERA QR CODE
    You are required to scan the provided QR code with the MySejahtera App.
  • ENTRY ACCESSS
    A sticker will be provided to prove that you have passed all checks and to avoid further screening.

INSIDE THE BALLROOM

  • KEEP YOUR MASKS ON ALL TIME
    Remember to keep your mask on at all times.
    It may be removed during mealtime only.
  • MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING
    Please maintain a safe distance of 1 meter from others to ensure everyone safety and wellbeing.
  • SANITIZE YOUR HAND FREQUENTLY
    Remember to keep your hands clean.
  • DO NOT FORM GROUPS IN OPEN SPACES
    Please avoid forming large crowds as it may obstruct others and increase risks of transmission.
