Mr Tan is a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Hons) graduate from the University of Malaya and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and a Certified Financial Planner. Mr Tan is also a licensed liquidator and his professional experience includes auditing and assurance, taxation, corporate consultancy and other assurance services. Through his extensive experience in assurance services, he has learnt and developed invaluable industrial knowledge and technical know-hows. Mr Tan joined Cheng & Co in 2001 and currently he is actively involved in helping clients pursue IPO in Taiwan.
